Morning ladies!
I have a turkey brining as we speak…I am going to marinade it later.
I have homemade stuffing prepped for the bird.
I already made the cranberry mango chutney.
I have peeled the sweet potates.
I have prepped the garlic green beans and mushrooms.
I have sliced the apples and let them marinate over night in cardamon and cinnamon.
Now I have to make a deep dish apple pie, two pumpkin pies, a raspberry pie, a cherry pie, pecan tarts, mashed potatoes, a sweet potato souffle, Whip up some whipped cream, Stuff and Roast the bird, make some homemade rolls. And maybe eat sometime after. lol.

OK, I have a challenge for you all, we don’t have Thanksgiving in the UK, something to do with no pilgrims or something. Can you give me a way to feel more included? Do you send thanksgiving cards like at Christmas? Does Hallmark monopolise the holiday? How do you keep your weight managed with TWO big holidays within a month of each other. Guys, I applaud you. And thereby issue the UK Enjoy Thanksgiving Challenge.
