In addition to her many years as a humor blogger, Jessica Bern is the creator/producer of the web series Bernthis.com about a neurotic woman’s journey through her weekly visits to her therapist’s office. She was also a stand up comic, performing on such networks as FOX, NBC, VH-1 and A&E, has appeared in over 36 commercials, and was a spokesperson for companies such as Wendi’s, Amana and ACS Wireless.
Most recently, Jessica was the writer/creator of the video “Aunt Flo”, which she made for the Let’s Talk Period campaign hosted by Seventh Generation and also wrote/created a commercial for a website called Yourlovepunch.com. Her vlogs have been syndicated by BlogHer and an article of hers has appeared on the BlogHer main page. She also hosted the pilot episode of the new series called, thestateofthemom.com, a unique video magazine for the modern mom. Jessica tweets @BernThis.
Ciaran Blumenfeld is a marketer, a manufacturer, a writer and a mom. She began her blogging career writing for sites including Celebrity Baby Blog and Mommies with Style, before moving on to launch her own sites.
Currently Ciaran owns & edits the psychological shopping site Popshopology.com and Momfluential.Net, where she seeks to share the best video and graphic content generated by influential moms online. She consults as a social media strategist & event planner, and is thrilled to be part of the new media community. You can find Ciaran on Twitter @Momfluential.
As the Chief Marketing Officer for e.l.f. Cosmetics, Ted Rubin was known for his active use of Twitter (where he has in excess of 20,000 followers and grew over 50,000 followers for e.l.f. Twitter handles), his responsiveness to all, and the growth of an incredible blogger network through his hands on development, attention and nurturing.
At e.l.f., Ted’s responsibilities included communicating with and building e.l.f.’s client base (membership doubled from 1MM to in excess of 2MM during his tenure), leveraging brand equity through strategic marketing programs (with many major brands and publishers), creating/developing/managing a major thrust into social media initiatives and partnerships and building the most highly respected social media presence in the cosmetics industry. Ted recently became a member of the OpenSky Board of Advisors, and will be taking an active day-to-day role assisting them in building their social media presence, engaging and interacting with the blogging community, and working with other worthwhile potential partners.

Kristy Campbell is one of those creative professionals who does a wide-range of different projects at once and would be horribly bored working for the IRS. She spends most days writing. Because of her free-flowing opinions, she is asked to work on social media projects for companies, which basically means that she gives feedback from her “mom perspective”.
Kristy has an extensive background in mommy and her resume titles include young mom, single mom, mom of twins, new mom over 40, and her current position of mom of 5 facing midlife crisis with a toddler. Kristy can be found writing, blogging, acting and maintaining her sanity at www.mommytracked.com, My Cape is at the Cleaners and www.KristyCampbellCreative.com. Kristy tweets @Kristy_Campbell.
Jennifer James is the founder of the Mom Bloggers Club, as well as the founder of other niche social networks for moms from gamer moms to moms who vlog. The Mom Bloggers Club has been featured on CNN.com, BrandWeek, NPR, and was included in Nielsen Online’s Spring 2009 Power Moms 50 List.
Jennifer has been creating niche sites for moms since 2003, started blogging in 2004, and entered the world of social networking in 2007. She now serves as a social media strategist to individuals, small companies and large brands.
Linsey Krolik is mom to 6-year-old boy/girl twins and their (surprise!) baby sister, who is now 3-years-old. Technology, business and media lawyer and entrepreneur. Partner at Silicon Valley Moms Group, handling legal, business development and advertising for the network of blogs. Twin sister to Robin, who lives much too far away in Newfoundland, Canada. Community leader. Advocate for kids to think “outside the box.” 9-year (and counting!) cancer survivor. Runner and aspiring yogi. Lover of life, travel, the outdoors and a good adventure. You can find Linsey on her blog at www.MeToYouBlog.com and on Twitter @LinseyK.
Julie is the mom of a rambunctious five year old boy, whom challenges her daily with Star Wars Trivia, cheat codes for video games, and endless hours of watching Phineas and Ferb. She also works full-time and manages to blog almost daily. She considers herself a blogging hobbyist, even though she has managed to work with PR for major companies by attending events and doing reviews. In 2009, she was awarded “Favorite Micro Blogger” for her thousands of tweets on Twitter. She shoots from her Nikon, while wearing a fancy headband. Julie can be found at her site, Angry Julie Monday, and on Twitter.

I just want to confirm that I’m registered for the San Francisco event. And, if so, did I actually pay for it? There’s been no charge on my credit card thus far. Also, when will the hotel info be available? I’ve booked, but they had no info on the special rate when I did so.

Hmmm Jenny might have just sold me with her Starbucks comment LOL. I’m right across the bay, and really want to go. It’s right before BlogHer though, so I will have to see what expenses are like. It sounds like SO much fun though!
