BeQuoted

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

Today’s feature blogger is “drunk on writing”!

Help us give a warm welcome to BeQuoted.

“You must stay drunk on writing so reality cannot destroy you.” – Ray Bradbury, Zen in the Art of Writing

Can the readers say “Amen”? Let’s admit it: Reality is not half as much fun as being a little tipsy. Writing is my wine. Hey, wine is my wine. I refuse to attend AA meetings and instead choose to remain “drunk on writing” about topics that will hopefully provoke opinion, promote awareness, and create ongoing dialogue about all things worthy of being Quoted. I await your comments and opinion. Be Quoted!

  9. I love your article Didn’t Know I Was Stupid Till I Met Someone Smart. I can totally relate about feelings of envy toward people who we think has got it made and asking ourselves why we’re stuck at the same place. Just keep writing. I am currently reading a book about success, check it out. The Outliers by Malcom Gladwell. I think he mentioned something about, successful people putting in 10,000 hours of work in their chosen field. After that, they basically mastered it. So for you, I think the best thing to do is to just keep at it, write and write and write. Soon enough, your book will be the next one we read! :) Happy SITS day!
