Passion started this blog! I spent 10 years trying to figure out how I could achieve a daily healthy lifestyle for LIFE. I tried everything from portion control, atkins diet, cheat days, no booze, small portions etc. I finally found what works for me and it was this passion that led me to create a blog about it. I want to eat as much as I can (4-6 times a day) in the healthiest way possible. I treat myself, I still drink, but my desire to create recipes that give me more food rather than less food is my ultimate goal.
