Today, we’re sharing our plans for the Education channel. The start of the new year is always a great time to refocus your energies on retooling and improving your blog, and we’re here to help you do just that with a great set of blog education programming.
31 Days To Build a Better Blog is Back!
We’re partnering up with Darren Rowse of ProBlogger again to run his 31 Days To Build A Better Blog (31DBBB) challenge. For those of you not familiar with 31DBBB, it’s an ebook loaded with daily tasks that are designed to help you improve your blog in a few short weeks.
Already done a round of 31DBBB? Well, you’ll want to stay tuned here at SITS, because we’re changing things up this time to offer something for every blogger at every level of expertise.
As with any other challenge, it’s more fun to do one with a group of friends, right? So when The SITS Girls run the 31DBBB challenge, we do it as a community. Most of the challenge will be run out of our community forums, but we’ll be supplementing our content there with great Education channel content each week as well.
We’ll be rolling out an entirely new 31DBBB format that will allow bloggers to connect with others in their same level of “expertise” and have tasks more customized to your experience level.
On Thursday, we’ll be sharing more details about this new format, so check back. But if you’re already ready to hit the ground running…
Getting Started
Our 31DBBB Challenge will kick off on Monday, January 16. You’ll need to purchase the latest version of the 31DBBB ebook before then. Rumor has it that we’ll be getting a BIG discount code from Darren soon, which we can’t wait to pass on!
{Note that either edition of Problogger’s 31DBBB book will work for this challenge. However, if you haven’t bought the book yet, now is a good time to dive in!}
We’ll be posting additional information about the first week of the challenge and where to get the information you need and slot yourself into the right blogger experience group soon, so stay tuned!
