Regardless of whether you do not have a Twitter account {yet} or if you are a long-time user with thousands of followers, there is always something to be learned on Twitter. Below are our top 15 tips on how to make the most of the constant conversation happening on Twitter and ultimately drive traffic back to your blog.

Link Up Your Twitter Account

If you do have a Twitter account, then it’s time for you to get connected! Here are some ideas on how to play along today:

  • Link up your Twitter account in the below linky. {Be sure to enter a link directly to your Twitter account, such as!/SITSGIRLS.}
  • Follow at least two Twitter accounts ahead of you in the Linky.
  • Send out a tweet to your new Twitter peeps and get the conversation started. Here’s an example: @SITSGirls Great to be connecting with you through the #SpringFling. Let’s be friends!

    Today, I wenjt to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it too my 4 year old daughter
    and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
    She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
    hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
    LoL I know ths is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

    Hi there. I logged in as #517 but realized that I linked it to my blog and not my Twitter account. I reregistered for this part of the assignment at number #521. Just as an FYi so you can delete the first entry and keep an accurate count. :0)

    I’ve been trying to link up my twitter since Tuesday but haven’t had any luck. The problem occurs when it comes to selecting an image. I even tried just uploading one from my computer but still same problem. Help! :S
