Happy Labor Day, everyone! Hard to believe the summer of beaching, picnicking, and enjoying ice cream is officially coming to an end. Although we are sad to see our carefree days go, there is plenty to look forward to this fall on SITS.
We are kicking the season into high gear with several fabulous events…
For starters, Bloggy Boot Camp is in full swing, as we host one event per month through November. Tickets for Philadelphia and Austin are now sold out. If you are interested in getting on the wait list, send an e-mail to tiffany@bloggybootcamp.com.

Sunday is the frazzled woman behind the screaming Banshee mask. She is also a mom of two special boys, Samuel age 7 and Noah age 5, both diagnosed on the severe end of the autism spectrum. Wow, the featured bloggers sound great! Do you think if I bribed them with lots of chocolate, coffee and such, they might pick MEEEEEE for those gorgeous hunks of metal up there, which, by the way, are way too pretty to be called a washer and a dryer?? Doing laundry with those just HAS to be fun!

Seriously though, I would LOVE to win those for my family. Due to my illness, I am no longer able to help them with our laundry. Plus, our W&D are so old it takes HOURS just to do one load of clothes. What a blessing these would be! *fingers crossed, prayers going up*

Summer seemed busy for me. Something to do on half the weekends and then a few days vacation last month. Now it’s cooler and the apples are coming in. Right now I’ve got apples cooking on the stove for applesauce. Earlier today I went out to a dahlia farm where there’s 40 acres of dahlias! So beautiful…yes there’ll be a post about them eventually. Hope you all have a wonderful day and a great week as we move into cooler weather and a different season soon! Hugs!

What a great way to celebrate Labor day by having a new grandbaby! Little girl born at 6:45 pm EST, 7 lbs 4 oz, 20 in. Baby is fine, the mama(my son’s GF) had a bit of a rough time and had to have c-section. Say a little prayer for 17 year old new mommy Jessica tonight!
BTW, the baby is beautiful of course, lol!
