We’re back! Before we kick off another fantastic week of SITSmas giveaways, we’d like to give some serious featured blogger love to Kita from Pass the Sushi. She’s a food blogger who is helping us to rock our holiday baking with her Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes today.
Kita’s site is worth a click just to see her super fun design. What else should you know about our girl?
- She is a 20 something girl geek and website/graphic designer who can rock an apron like there is no tomorrow.
- Her favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip and she thinks that Twizzlers are best kept under the front seat of your car as an emergency ration.
- She knows that diet soda is no better for you then high fructose corn syrup but is addicted to Pepsi Max and is currently seeking counseling.
Now about that giveaway:
On the 6th day of SITSmas, my SITStahs gave to me…
…a giveaway from Mommy Named April!
Take a look at this perfect welcome baby gift for any expecting mama.
This luxuriously soft long length cocoon with matching hat would make the perfect gift or photography prop! Knitted with a lovely green acrylic blend yarn, you can’t miss with this one! Loosely knit, the cocoon will accommodate newborns up to approximately three months old (6lbs – 12lbs). Winner chooses from a variety of colors!
To enter to win the cocoon you see pictured here OR any other single item in April’s shop of equal or lesser value ($40), simply leave a comment on this post telling us about a baby you would like to see snuggled into a cocoon!
For extra entries, you can:
- Leave a comment on our Facebook post telling us about a great baby shower gift you’ve given or received.
- Leave a comment on Kita’s featured blogger post and get inspired to make something fabulous.
- Tweet this message: Merry SITSmas! I’m celebrating the season with 12 Days of giveaways from @SITSGirls: http://bit.ly/ib05gE.
This giveaway will be open for 24 hours and is available to US and Canadian residents only. We will choose one winner at random and contact her via e-mail. All SITSmas winners are announced on our Facebook page daily.

I love the little baby cocoons. They would make and excellent baby gift. If it weren’t so warm in Texas right now I’d get one for my new grandson! Just beautiful and an excellent idea. I will keep them in mind for a gift I may have to give.
