Welcome to the SITS Book Club!

In the frenzied pace of our on-line world, wouldn’t it be nice to get back to the pleasure of reading a book and chatting with friends? The SITS Book Club is not only our way of expanding what we’re doing within our community, but also getting the feel-good benefits that come with reading a book from cover to cover.

How It Works

Each month, the SITS Book of the Month Club chooses one FABULOUS book for members to read and enjoy. At the start of any new book, we give away copies to some of our lucky SITStahs so that they can read along with us…for free!

As we progress through the book, we have regular conversations in our Book Club group in the SITS Forum. It’s how we get the conversation surrounding the book moving, as well as get to know one another.

The big finale happens once a month, when the Book Club meets during a Twitter Party to discuss the book. You can find us using the hashtag, #SITSBooks. Whenever possible, the author will join us and, like all good parties, there may even be party favors.

How to Get Involved

To get involved, follow the Book Club thread in the Women on the Move channel and join the conversation happening in our Book Club group in the SITS Girls Forum. To get ready for our monthly Book Club Twitter party, be sure to follow #SITSBooks and @SITSGirls.

2011 Book Club Schedule

All of the Book Club Twitter parties we’ve scheduled to date are listed below. The time for the Book Club meetings always happen at the same time: 6:00 pm PST / 7:00 pm MST / 8:00 pm CST / 9:00 pm EST. Don’t forget to use the hashtag, #SITSBooks. It makes finding us super easy!
