In January 2013, I officially quit my job and became a stay at home mom. I hated missing out on all the new things my son was learning. While being at home has been awesome, I also knew that if I didn’t find something else to do with my day I would go nuts. {Type A personality over here} Joyful Healthy Eats was born!
I am addicted to the food and the Food Network, and secretly want to be on Chopped! I LOVE to cook, mess around in the Kitchen, and serve my family healthy meals.
