Babes About Town is a blog written by Uju and acts as a “London-based city guide and social network for hip, smart parents raising kids aged 0-5”.
As a mother of two little guys ages 4 and 1, Uju knows just what it takes to keep them occupied. As a self proclaimed “natural-born wanderer”, Babes About Town is the perfect place to go to learn to be the best parent you can be.
Not only does she pay tribute to “trophy” moms, but she shares blogging advice and has started a campaign to end dog doo on the streets as well.
The mission of this blog is to “inspire you to Raise your Game โ both as a parent and as a play partner for your kids, your friends, your other half and your Inner Babe”.

What a great featured blogger! Glad I was able to take a minute from this busy first-day-back-to-school day to read a little! ๐
Almost Wednesday here, too. I am so far behind on everything, but I couldn’t miss my SITS hit. Hi, all!
Happy early Wednesday!!!!
Happy Tuesday!
What a fun idea! Wish there was one here in San Diego. And that there was one for students when I was studying abroad in England! Only thing I knew to look for was the pubs and the theater :).
I’d like to hop the pond and visit London one of these days. It is on the bucket list.
I love London and traveling. This one should be good!
Congrats to today’s featured blogger–can’t wait to check out her tales from London (a city I hope to return to someday!).
Hope you all enjoyed a nice, long weekend.
Although my children are all grown and I don’t live in London, I love being able to find blogs through SITS that I never would have found on my own! Tuesday shout-out to all you Sits-tas!
This comment love isn’t working so great. Its linking up to a post I did three post ago…
Just launched my latest free digital scrapbooking kit. go http://www.everydaymomideas.com to get it.
Woo, raise my game… some days it’s enough that I’m even raising my head. I mean, I guess I’m doing it. Working from home, with my baby, trying to stay creative. But it sure isn’t easy!
What a hard working mom!!
Happy Tuesday!
Oooh London!

Wow! What a “babe!” She’s got her hands full (and then some!) and she’s loving it! Wish I had her energy. Thanks for introducing me to another wonderful blogger who’s got her priorities right.
Is it just me or are other people having trouble reading this ๐
The blog seems to have shrunk to one side of my screen ….

Greetings & Salutations, y’all! Better late than never, huh? First day of school has me all discombobulated…
Gotta love a gal that is passionate about cleaning up the dog doo! I wish she lived in my neighborhood! Heading on over to the London Blog right now!

How fun to have someone from the UK be featured!
A londoner! She sounds fun… I am in between kiddie puke sessions so It’s taken me a while to get around to the FB today.
And something really wied is going on with the page here… it’s all on one narrow side and the fonts are funny. Is that ME or YOU??
x
Agreed. Very original. I like original.
Wow, I really loved her blog, She is an original!
Keep up the great work, Uju!
I’d like to end dog doo on the streets too!
Love her blog!!
What a cute blog. Happy Tuesday everyone (feels like we skipped right over Monday…)
I love her blog! I love reading anything with parenting advice, and a lot of her stuff is really helpful!
Thanks for posting this SITS!
As I read the post about LASSIE I realize that there WAS this one time…But it was really wet and the dog was my friends dog….the worst part was, it was in the driveway of my family friends’. I wanted to take the dog home and come back and hose it down, but by the time I got back there my “uncle” was already doing it and was complaining about the “jacka$$” that did it……so I didn’t say anything for fear of retribution. Sorry Uncle R! yikes! I never did it again. I promise.
Happy Tuesday superchicks! Have u entered my paperglitter giveaway yet?!!! Hurry! Hurry!

I survived Labor Day Weekend, mostly by working. That is why it’s called Labor Day, right? I am now longing for some non-labor time. Off to visit London! Happy Monday, everyone.
Lovin’ today’s blogger. I know there’s an ‘inner babe’ somewhere here…under layers of cat hair, avocado and thousands of miniature, unmatched socks.
(Seriously, whose socks are these?)
