Hello Crafty SITS-tah’s!

This week my daughter came home with a fun assignment I didn’t have when my son was in kinder. She had to disguise a turkey so that the turkey could avoid getting eaten on Thanksgiving. She thought long and hard about what she wanted to disguise her turkey as but finally landed on a Shopkins cupcake. She didn’t want one of the official cupcakes, she wanted to make her own.

She used paper that was folded to look like a cupcake liner and yarn for frosting. it was so cute! And she loved being able to show off her craft skills. Now I’m thinking of putting her to work with the rest of the Thanksgiving decorations so I don’t have a laundry list to do. Are you planning for Thanksgiving yet?

Whatever you do, we have plenty of ideas for you to use! This week on our Facebook page look out for some great Thanksgiving suggestions! And there’s more where that came from. Now we get to our favorite part. Seeing what you all were up to this week!

Happy creating!
