I couldn’t stop at one flavor, so if you’re reading this, you’re getting the inside scoop on THREE different ways you can make edible cookie dough. No baking required.

This edible cookie dough is completely egg-less and salmonella free, but unfortunately still just as unhealthy. Does that really matter dough? You all deserve to treat yourself, and this is the perfect way! All three edible cookie dough flavors are super dough-licious and I’ll bet it won’t even last in your fridge for the rest of the day.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Recipe - no bake, edible cookie dough

Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Recipe

Delicious chocolate chip filled, egg-less cookie dough based off the classic chocolate chip cookie.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 2/3 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tbsp milk
• dash of salt
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
2. Mix in vanilla and then add flour and dash of salt until combined.
3. Add milk and combine until cookie dough consistency is reached. You may need to add more milk accordingly.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Eat by large spoonful!

Funfetti Sugar Cookie Dough Recipe | No bake, edible cookie dough

Pink Funfetti Sugar Cookie Dough Recipe

Based off the classic sugar cookie but with a pink, funfetti twist! Egg-less edible sugar cookie dough.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cups flour
• 2 tbsp milk
• Pink food coloring
• Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Mix in vanilla then add flour until combined.
3. Add in milk and combine until cookie dough consistency is reached. You may need to add more milk accordingly.
4. Stir in two drops of pink food coloring and rainbow sprinkles.
5. Eat by large spoonful!

Butterscotch Chip Chocolate Cookie Dough Recipe

The perfect combination of chocolate and butterscotch flavors for a dough-licious, egg-less, chocolate cookie dough.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp flour
• 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1/4 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Mix in vanilla then add flour and cocoa powder until combined.
3. Add milk and combine until cookie dough consistency is reached. You may need to add more milk accordingly.
4. Stir in butterscotch chips.
5. Eat by large spoonful!

I’m also loving the idea of putting cookie dough in a cone. My favorite type of cone is a fresh homemade waffle cone and it is perfect to hold ALL the cookie dough. Please note there is still a concern about eating raw flour. There is a way to heat up the flour to 160°F, so it does not contain any bacteria. With that being said, it is a low-risk food compared to eating raw eggs. I’m not in any way concerned, but just in case, I’m putting it out there. So, proceed at your own risk!
