I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to welcome a new year as I am this time around. I want to treat myself better in 2012… eat right, attend yoga more often, meditate more frequently, and I’ll try not to sweat the small stuff as I’m always inclined to do.
My New Years Resolution is to get a New Job! I went from 18 years of being a Stay at home mom, to now working full time in a high stressful job, I need more balance between the two & a job that allows me to be more involved in my kids’ lives, while still providing insurance for my family!
My goal for 2012 is to continue on my debt pay-off journey and to focus on spending more individual quality time with my children. I had a little girl in October and have been home on maternity leave since. I know when I return to work it will be easy to get “busy” but I want to make sure each of my boys has the “mommy-time” they’re used to.
I have so many New Year’s Resolutions. But my greatest one is this: stop trying to over-analyze the past. I need to leave the mess behind me and move on.
my resolution is to change the things that have caused me severe stress in the last 6 months- emotional and physical, to be the woman i WANT to be!!!
My New Year’s Resolution is to get organized. No really. I need to manage my time more effectively and get our ‘stuff’ pared down to where I can get to what I really need through the mess.
I also need to start exercising and drinking more water.
I resolve not to stress about making resolutions and just try to do my best all year long.
One goal is to run 12 half marathons in 2012!
Ironically, I just blogged about this topic. Check out my other goals @ Not A New Me. More of the Me I Have Become
My new year’s resolution is to reconnect with my husband. 2011 was a really tough year for us, and by the end of 2012, I’d like us to be happier & stronger than ever.
My resolution is to write something every day. Not necessarily on my blog, but something substantial written.
My resolution is to do more things that will make me feel fulfilled while making life more interesting… like getting my blog off to a good start, date nights with the husband, crafting, trying new hobbies and things like that.
My goal is to say AT LEAST one positive & encouraging thing to my kids & hubby each day.
My resolution is to schedule more fun time and dates with my husband. We need them!
My New Years Resolution is to focus & direct my attention on my passions. We only live one life.
One of my resolutions is to LIVE more and be on the computer LESS. That was a big problem for me last year, so it needs to improve!
My resolution for 2012 is to connect more with my friends and family in person. I want to make an effort to visit friends who have and family that lives far away.
My resolution is to be more organized (gulp).
My new years resolution is to run a half marathon this year! (I am not even a runner, but would like to be) and blog about it at least weekly!
My goal for this year is to cross off at least one thing on my 101 List each month.
My goal is to finish my book! I have a fantasy novel that I want to finish in 2012 (actually, by February!), and I am REALLY hoping that I finish this year (that will make it about 10 years old, if I do!)
I want to paint more and eat less!
Take better care of myself because I can’t be a good mother, wife, employee if I am not at my best (or at least close to best!)
I am hoping to be a better mom! Spend more quality time with my boys and hopefully take then on another awesome vacation, that is some of the best family time!
My resolution is consistency on my blog products- hitting my posting goals, improving my stats, and being assertive about marketing myself to help get to some blogging conferences.
I’m going with a theme word for the year again: Measured. I want to be measured in how I spend my time, what I eat, organising my home etc etc, rather than just cruising along, letting things happen.
My 2012 resolution is to bake 365 days worth of yummy foods to post on my website. Day 366 will be a celebration day of my accomplishment. ๐
I also resolve to implement the Happiness Project 10-Minute rule of tidying up everyday.
To really and truly get my mind, body, and spirit connected so that I can finally become who I am meant to be.
I’m working on several goals for 2012. One is to do more writing jobs.
My goals for 2012…..spend more time focused doing things for me! Also work on making my blog more profitable and get even more organized.
I will be focusing my blog and scheduling posts to promote particular practical advice. I have used it for that as well as more personal posts over this past year. My mantra for 2012 blogging is Focus – narrow and straight.
I’m going to try and be healthier, by cutting back on my sugar consumption. I am a sugar fiend.
My mamilutions are on my last post so I won’t bore you. But after I wrote that I thought these should be on the list:
Knit more
whine less
declutter more
frown less
Read 12 books more
slack less
Let’s see if I can stick to these mamilutions. If not, I’m open to changing them ;-).
My New Year’s Resolution is to get some of my craft projects DONE and out of my way finally ๐
My resolution for 2012 is to read more books ๐
Have a healthy baby! And then deal with that pesky baby weight.
My resolutions are 3: lose 20 pounds, read the entire Bible in 2012 and make $5,000+ from my blog in 2012. I figured they wouldn’t be attainable if I didn’t quantify them ๐
My new years resolution usually is something like lose weight but I’m definitely setting the goal to read and watch all the Harry potters. Definitely a goal considering I have 4 kids.
My goals is to continue to hone my blog’s brand and support that with a clear interface. I want to continue the consistency I have worked on this year. I’ve also committed to make my editor’s lives much easier by being ahead of schedule and ready for the unexpected.
I don’t really do resolutions either I’m more of a goal person and I have at least 5 this year. So I guess I’ll pick getting published. I would just cry if I could get one card or layout in a magazine.
I don’t do resolutions, but I do pick one word (or concept) to focus on for the year. Last year I picked courage, and this year I’m leaning towards hope.
Working on more discipline across the board to accomplish more. Finishing a book is high on the list of must do’s.
My New Years resolution is to revamp, redesign, and relaunch my business! I’ve started some really awesome and inspiring things to get myself on track for this goal already!
My resolution: Finally get my blog up and running! Just signed up with a hosting company and downloaded WordPress – now to fiddle with the look and get writing! Would LOVE to do BBC to help ๐
I resolve to keep blogging!
My new year’s resolution is to be more organized in 2012 in order to help grow my business even more! ๐ I’m super excited for the new year!
My New Year’s resolution is to eat more cheese. Now, this won’t be easy – I’ve eaten quite a bit of cheese this last year.
But I have faith in myself.
Thats the BEST! I love cheese so that’s a good resolution! ๐
My resolution this year is to find more time for me…not just for things like blogging or writing, but finding time to get out of the house, without my children, whether it be grocery shopping alone or coffee with my girlfriends…I just need to find a bit more me time! Amber ๐
Trying to get rid of our consumer debt and live within our means. It will be tough, but I’m excited for the challenge.
My New Year’s Resolution is to become a healthier me by incorporating better eating habits and more frequent exercise sessions (at least 4 days/week).
