I Heart My Sleep Number Bed {You Can Win One Too!}

A few months ago, Sleep Number contacted us about giving away one of their Sleep Number® m7 Memory Foam Bed Set .

I’d heard about how awesome these Sleep Number beds were and thought it would be best for me to try one out before giving one away. I am always looking out for you guys. You’re welcome. 😉

So, needless to say, I was thrilled to see this outside my front door….

Two nice gentlemen carried in the boxes and built the bed. Yes, built it. This isn’t your average mattress.

Sleep Number Bed Review

Here’s my rundown:
Its really comfortable. The memory foam is stays cool and is just insanely comfortable.

My husband and I get to each choose our preferred level of firmness. {I’m a 45, he’s a 65}.

I can’t feel my husband move. Seriously. The bed like magically absorbs movement. It’s heavenly.

These things are all incredible, and to be honest, I expected my sleep to improve. What I didn’t expect is that my allergies improved. Dramatically. No more waking up with a stuffy noise.

My husband is thrilled with the improvement in his often tight/sore back.

Recently, my son BEGGED us to let him sleep in it {he thinks the number controller is awesome}, and after trying it out here is his review:

Mom. How much money would I have to earn to buy one of these beds for my room? I’ll do any chores you want. Maybe I could sell some of my stuff?

You can’t get a much better review than that.

I really can’t say enough about it.

I sleep better, longer and more comfortably than I ever could have imagined.

    I had low back surgery twenty-five years ago. Our Serta mattress is about thirty years old. My back was fine until about the last five months. I have added a memory foam layer but I need more. I am fine during the day as I am active. I am looking for a mattress, but haven’t made a choice. Being an older couple, we have never had anything but innerspring foundations. I plan to check out what Consumers Report has to say about mattresses before making my decision.

    Sleep number beds were originally created by a company called Sleep Comfort in the late 1980’s. Because of its quality and comfort, many people were enthused to buy. Up until now, it continuously grows in sales. Sleep number beds give comfort by adjusting the firmness of the mattress installed based on the user’s preference. It works by controlling the air pressure inside the mattress with the use of its own remote control. This stuff has pros and cons but overall, as what the post has suggested, it does not fail to impress.

    I’ll just sit here and keep drooling. I HATE our current bed. My back is killing me every night to the point that I can’t walk but hubby seems to be okay with it. But I know hes not because he has back problemos too.

    So you got a FREE sleep-number bed for you and your husband? How do I get in on a job that pays sleep number beds! 🙂

    All kidding aside, I am very frustrated that you are only offering the latest giveaways on Facebook. I’m not on Facebook. I am not interested in it on a personal level and I haven’t gotten around to setting up a Fan page yet. It would be nice if those of us who do not use Facebook had the opportunity to win these products as well.

    If you have never tried one of these beds, i just have to. Even if it means going to their sleep and lay down for a few moments. This is a great giveaway, these beds are absolutely amazing, and I can vouch for them. Once you own one of them, you’ll never want to sleep on another mattress.

    Oh what I would give to win this bed… and I can’t get my entry form to work. Where it says “Continue”, it won’t budge. Doggone it. I really would like to take a stab at winning this bed.
    Call me stupid, but I was so excited to learn that I could enter a contest to try to win a Sleep Number bed, I literally cried.

    I haven’t been able to sleep laying down for years now. I have ankylosing spondilytis, an autoimmune disease that kicks my butt most of the time. Getting comfortable is a real feat. And then keeping it real, I don’t have a bed anymore. I had to leave my bed in Michigan when I moved to Texas two years ago (that was a brand new Sealy, but was uncomfortable, so I rarely slept in it – opting to sleep in a living room chair every night). I’ve been through a lot since then; living with strangers – my dads family (some of which weren’t very kind at all, throwing things back in my face all the time – I didn’t grow up with any of them, so I don’t know them) and even taking a job as a live-in Nanny last year, while trying like hell to get my life back. I finally got my own place. There’s not a stick of furniture in here, but I’m happier than I’ve been in a long, long time. There’s nothing like having your own place. So, I’m starting over… yet again. But grateful for every small miracle that even comes my way. It can be complete hell trying to get up from the floor, especially with this stupid disease. But, it is what it is. I normally don’t say anything. I don’t want to seem like I’m complaining. But I sure wish I had a bed like this to sleep on. I’d even be happy to have my Sealy back at this point.

    Anyway, whoever wins will really be lucky to have such a nice bed. I’ve dreamed of owning a Sleep Number bed for a long, long time – stopping by their showrooms, periodically, trying them out.
    I’m going to try to enter one more time. Man… I sure wish I had one of these beds. Wish me luck!

    WOW what a great giveaway and while I would love to have one myself my beautiful daughter who can’t afford a good bed would be who I would give mine too. She works really hard and struggles to make it even after working full time. She has a good heart and I would love for this to be something I could let her have. I know there are alot of people entering but I am hoping this will be my lucky day. SHe has backaches every morning from the bad bed she has.

    I would love to have this for my daughter. Her back is always hurting and she feels terrible all the time because of it. She lives with us and sleeps in a twin bed with her 2 small boys ages 2 and 4. She definitely needs a bigger bed.

    Wow, this is an awesome giveaway! I’d love to win a sleep number bed (I entered already!) I used to have the perfect bed, but then I got married and it, a double, was too small for us. Since then, we’ve only had decent sleep on a mattress that isn’t quite right.
